1. Agreement to Terms
By signing up for or using Smart Sites, Fan Clubs, or related Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Our Services
Beat Promoters provides Smart Sites (customized websites) and Fan Clubs (membership platforms) for music creators.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information. Comply with all laws regarding music, content, and commerce. Respect intellectual property rights. Not misuse the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.
4. Ownership of Content
You retain ownership of your content and fan data. By uploading content, you grant Beat Promoters a non-exclusive license to display, host, and promote it through the Services. We may use aggregated or anonymized data from your account to improve and market the platform.
5. Payments
Payments and subscriptions are processed by third-party providers. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Beat Promoters is not liable for damages arising from use of the Services, except as required by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Texas, United States.
